Welcome to Leadjoy. We value your privacy and explain below how we handle information when you use our app.

1. 我们收集或访问的信息 / Information We Collect or Access

为了提供和改进服务，Leadjoy 可能会收集或访问以下信息：

1.1 设备标识信息 / Device identifiers

• 设备 ID：用于应用功能优化与统计分析（如适用）。

1.2 位置信息（Location data）— Google Play 数据安全披露

访问原因 / Why we access it：

• 在 Android 系统上，扫描并连接附近的蓝牙低功耗（BLE）游戏手柄与相关设备时，系统要求应用持有位置权限或开启定位服务（这是 Android 平台对 BLE 扫描的既有要求，并非用于绘制您的地图位置）。
• On Android, scanning for and connecting to nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) game controllers requires location permission and/or location services enabled. This is an Android platform requirement for BLE scanning, not for mapping your geographic position.

如何使用 / How it is used：

• 仅用于在本地发现、展示和连接附近的兼容游戏手柄/设备；
• 不会用于持续追踪您的行踪；
• 不会用于广告定向、营销画像或向第三方出售位置数据；
• 不会将 GPS 坐标、经纬度或持续位置轨迹上传至我们的服务器；
• 位置权限所支撑的 BLE 扫描结果（如设备名称、信号等用于连接的信息）仅在设备本地处理，用于配置手柄功能。

Local-only processing: Location access is used solely on-device to discover and connect to nearby controllers. We do not upload GPS coordinates, latitude/longitude, or continuous location tracks to our servers. We do not use location data for tracking, advertising, marketing profiles, or sale to third parties.

数据类型说明（与 Google Play 数据安全表一致） / Data types for Google Play Data safety：

• Location – Approximate location（大致位置）：可能因系统权限模型被访问；用途仅限支持 BLE 扫描与设备连接。
• Location – Precise location（精确位置）：在需要时请求（例如 Android 的 ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION）；用途同样仅限支持 BLE 扫描与设备连接，而非地图导航或轨迹记录。
• 处理方式：仅本地处理（Processed on device / not collected to our servers for location tracking）。
• 是否必填：为扫描连接手柄所必需；若拒绝授予，您可能无法发现或连接设备，但应用的其他非蓝牙功能不受影响（如适用）。

1.3 蓝牙与附近设备 / Bluetooth & nearby devices

• 为扫描、连接和配置游戏手柄，应用会访问蓝牙及相关“附近的设备”权限（视系统版本而定）。
• 手柄相关配置数据可保存在您的设备本地，用于功能配置与固件更新等服务。

除上述信息外，我们不会要求您注册账号，也不会主动收集姓名、邮箱（除非您主动通过邮件联系我们）、通讯录等内容。

2. 信息的使用方式 / How We Use Information

我们处理的信息仅用于以下目的：

• 提供、维护和改进应用服务（包括扫描连接手柄、配置按键/摇杆、固件相关功能等）
• 确保应用的安全性和稳定性
• 在您同意或适用法律允许的范围内进行必要的统计分析（不含位置轨迹上传）

We use information only to provide and improve the app (including BLE controller connection and configuration), maintain security and stability, and perform limited analytics where applicable — without uploading location tracks.

3. 信息共享与披露 / Sharing & Disclosure

• 我们不会出售您的个人信息或位置数据。
• 我们不会将位置数据共享给广告网络、数据经纪人或其他第三方用于广告或追踪。
• 仅在法律要求、保护权利或经您明确同意等必要情况下，才可能披露信息。

We do not sell personal information or location data, and we do not share location data with ad networks or data brokers for advertising or tracking.

4. 数据存储与安全 / Storage & Security

• 位置相关处理：如上所述，位置权限用于本机 BLE 扫描；我们不将您的地理位置坐标上传至服务器进行存储或分析。
• 若应用因其他功能（例如固件检查、配置分享等，如您主动使用）与服务器通信，传输将通过 HTTPS 加密。
• 我们采取合理的技术和组织措施，保护信息免受未经授权的访问、使用或披露。

Location: used on-device for BLE scanning only; geographic coordinates are not uploaded to our servers for storage or analysis.

5. 您的权利与选择 / Your Rights & Choices

• 您可以在系统设置中随时开启或关闭位置权限。关闭后，应用可能无法扫描或连接附近的游戏手柄。
• 您可以通过系统设置撤销蓝牙/附近设备等相关权限。
• 您可以通过卸载应用停止应用对设备权限的使用及后续本地处理。
• 您有权了解我们访问了哪些类型的信息以及如何使用。

You may grant or revoke Location (and Bluetooth / Nearby devices) permissions in system settings at any time. Without Location permission on Android, BLE scanning/connection may not work. Uninstalling the app stops further use of these permissions.

6. 儿童隐私 / Children’s Privacy

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。若您认为我们无意中收集了相关信息，请联系我们以便删除。

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. 隐私政策的变更 / Changes to This Policy

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。任何更改都会在此页面发布更新版本，并更新顶部的“最后更新”日期。我们鼓励您定期查看本政策。

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
